Sushi (すし, 寿司, 鮨) is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice (鮨飯, sushi-meshi) combined with other ingredients (ネタ, neta), seafood, vegetables and sometimes tropical fruits.

Döner kebap (/ˈdɒnər kəˈbæb/, /ˈdoʊnər/; Turkish: döner or döner kebap, [døˈneɾ̝̊ ceˈbap]) is a Turkish dish made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, normally lamb but also a mixture of veal or beef with these, or sometimes chicken.

Interactive exhibition series Sushi Kebap, on the taste of tradition and history, show and evaluate the richness joy of diversity based on the intersection of Turkish and Japanese art. Artists bring together their artworks to serve and feed unusual understanding. The works provide a fascinating glimpse into diverse production skills of human being related with environment.

Vol.01 Presents 10 samples made by Japanese and Turkish Artists who carried their lives to Berlin. Sushi Kebap presents this fresh combination by music, art, design and atmosphere.

Admission to the Sushi Kebap is 5€. The Exhibition open its Door at 7th November 2014 Friday at 20:00.

In the first Episode of Series, Basement Area of the Venue designed as Late Night Guerilla Gallery which will continue to welcome visitors till first lights of Saturday Morning.

In the Outside area,there will be Art and Food Market which will present traditional Handcraft, Design, Print objects together with exclusive Japanese and Turkish tastes.

Visitors can find chance to listen and chat with participating artists and production team of Project during 'Artist Talk' at 21:00 at Concert Hall. In the same place after 22:00 there will be Live Concerts and Dj Performances.

The Interactive exhibition offers vast opportunities to the visitors to experience the different kind of arts and activities such as live music, acts, dance, visual, installation, photography, animation, design, painting, ceramic, origami, bondage, film screening.

Sushi Kebap planned as 1 day or weekend long interactive exhibition series, finally aim to reach 2 weeks long Japanese and Turkish based Interactive Culture and Art Presentation on the taste of Festival together with Music, Food and Market.

On the way of this idea, we are open for any sponsorship and collaboration, cooperation offers from companies and art and culture institutions to develop the idea and to reach more visitors in the long term.

Artist applications both as an exhibition artist and performance artist, are always open to be part of the next series and general idea.
